My first cookbook, Eigenwijze Recepten, was never meant for the public. It was my personal backup, a place to jot down experiments, favorite dishes, and the meals that brought people together. But as the pages filled up, I realized: good food is meant to be shared. Fast forward five years, and my second book, Eigenwijze Recepten 2, takes that same philosophy global, bringing together new inspirations, international flavors, and some all-time favorites from the original.
